Tanggung Jawab
- Perform precision calibration and testing of optical/laser systems using advanced measurement equipment
- Develop and implement calibration procedures for new and existing products
- Collaborate with R&D engineers to resolve technical issues and optimize system performance
- Document calibration results and maintain accurate quality records
- Train technicians on calibration protocols and best practices
- Support production troubleshooting and quality improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with ISO and industry-specific standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Optical, or related field) or equivalent technical diploma
- Minimum 2 years of calibration or optical testing experience
- Proficiency in operating precision measurement instruments (interferometers, power meters, etc.)
- Familiarity with laser systems and optical components
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent documentation and communication abilities
- Experience with quality management systems (ISO 9001 preferred)
