In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of accuracy, reliability, and regulatory compliance for all electrical and instrumentation equipment within a state-of-the-art facility. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to minimize downtime and ensure that all technical systems operate at peak performance levels.
Tanggung Jawab
- Perform precision calibration and maintenance of electrical, pneumatic, and electronic instrumentation systems.
- Ensure all calibration activities adhere to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards and site SOPs.
- Manage calibration schedules and documentation to maintain full compliance for audits and quality assurance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex instrumentation failures to support operational continuity.
- Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to execute equipment installation, commissioning, and validation activities.
- Execute loop checks, sensor calibration, and transmitter configuration in accordance with technical specifications.
- Manage third-party calibration vendors and ensure work completion meets internal quality requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Control Engineering.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in calibration or instrument maintenance, preferably within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or chemical industry.
- In-depth knowledge of GMP, GAMP, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in using calibration tools such as Hart communicators, multimeters, and pressure calibrators.
- Experience working with DCS, PLC, and SCADA systems is highly advantageous.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, highly regulated manufacturing environment.
