Tanggung Jawab
- Perform precision calibration and testing of measurement instruments in accordance with established standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Conduct onsite calibration services at client locations, ensuring professional representation of CT Services.
- Maintain and update calibration records, certificates, and technical documentation with high accuracy.
- Troubleshoot minor technical issues with laboratory equipment and coordinate maintenance where necessary.
- Ensure all laboratory activities comply with ISO standards and internal safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the technical team to optimize calibration processes and reduce turnaround times.
- Provide clear communication and professional support to clients regarding calibration results and instrument performance.
- Adhere strictly to measurement standards and calibration traceability requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic, Mechanical, or Instrumentation) or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a calibration or quality assurance role is highly preferred (fresh graduates with a strong interest in instrumentation are encouraged to apply).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high degree of attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and data management software.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a technical team.
- Possess a valid driving license and own transport for travel to client sites.
- Good communication skills in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Committed to continuous learning and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry calibration standards.
