- Perform precise calibration of mechanical instruments and equipment in laboratory and on-site settings
- Execute calibration procedures according to ISO 17025 and industry-specific standards
- Document calibration results, maintain equipment history logs, and generate compliance reports
- Identify equipment malfunctions and recommend corrective actions or maintenance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to schedule and prioritize calibration assignments
- Train junior staff on calibration techniques and safety protocols
- Stay updated on emerging calibration technologies and regulatory changes
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in mechanical equipment calibration
- Certification in ISO 17025 or equivalent quality management systems
- Proficiency with precision measurement tools (e.g., micrometers, calipers, pressure gauges)
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting calibration data and identifying trends
- Excellent documentation abilities with attention to regulatory requirements
- Valid driver's license for on-site calibration services
