This full-time position offers a competitive compensation package. Successful candidates can expect a monthly salary ranging from ₱30,000 to ₱35,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Tanggung Jawab
- Handle incoming customer calls and emails regarding product inquiries, orders, and account issues.
- Provide accurate and timely troubleshooting and technical support to resolve customer concerns.
- Process orders, returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with company policies.
- Effectively de-escalate and resolve customer complaints with empathy and professionalism.
- Document all interactions, transactions, and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer satisfaction scores, call handling time, and resolution rate.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide informed support.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree is an advantage.
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Proficient in using computers and navigating multiple software applications simultaneously.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Willingness to work in shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays if required.
- Must be a resident of or willing to relocate to Metro Manila.
