Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction scores
- Document all interactions accurately in CRM systems and call tracking software
- Meet key performance indicators including call handling time and resolution rates
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery processes
- Adhere to company protocols and maintain strict confidentiality standards
- Continuously update product knowledge to provide accurate information
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college education preferred
- Minimum 6 months call center or customer service experience
- Fluent in English with clear communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-focused mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage stress
- Proficient in basic computer applications and CRM systems
- Flexible to work in shifts including weekends and holidays
