Tanggung Jawab
- Handle a high volume of inbound and/or outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and efficient manner.
- Provide accurate information, resolve customer issues, and address complaints with empathy and a solutions-oriented approach.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions thoroughly and accurately in the company's CRM system.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and building rapport.
- Adhere strictly to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments or supervisors for resolution.
- Continuously update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and staying informed on product/service changes.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve departmental and company goals.
Kualifikasi
- At least 6 months to 1 year of experience as a Call Center Agent or in a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) environment is highly preferred.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
- Proficiency in using computers, navigating multiple systems, and basic typing skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college-level education or a degree is a plus.
- Flexibility to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a genuine desire to assist customers.
