Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and live chat channels.
  • Efficiently resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues with a first-call resolution mindset.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions within our CRM system.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team KPIs related to call quality, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to escalate complex issues and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and service standards.
  • Adhere to data privacy and security protocols during every customer transaction.

Kualifikasi

  • At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in a BPO or customer service environment is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and navigating multiple software systems simultaneously.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college-level education is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude under pressure.
  • Willingness to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
