ConstantiKnow Inc is looking for a motivated Call Center Agent to join our growing team in Quezon City, Metro Manila. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, delivering top‑notch service and support across phone, chat, and email channels. We offer a competitive base salary of ₱20,000–₱30,000 per month, supplemented by performance‑based bonuses and incentives that can significantly increase your earnings.
What you’ll do:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve product‑related inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing accurate information.

Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree is a plus).

- Strong problem‑solving abilities and a calm demeanor under pressure.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
