In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, delivering top‑notch service and support across phone, chat, and email channels. We offer a competitive base salary of ₱20,000–₱30,000 per month, supplemented by performance‑based bonuses and incentives that can significantly increase your earnings.

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy.
  • Resolve product‑related inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing accurate information.
