  • Handle inbound/outbound calls professionally to resolve customer inquiries and issues
  • Meet or exceed key performance indicators including call handling time and customer satisfaction scores
  • Maintain accurate call logs and documentation in CRM systems
  • Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and improve service quality
  • Adhere strictly to company protocols and data security guidelines
  • Continuously update product knowledge to provide accurate information

Kualifikasi

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college education preferred
  • Minimum 6 months of call center or customer service experience
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino (both verbal and written)
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and active listening skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and multitasking in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to adapt to shifting schedules and flexible working hours
  • Customer-focused attitude with patience and empathy
  • Basic computer literacy and typing skills (minimum 25 WPM)
