Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound/outbound calls professionally to resolve customer inquiries and issues
- Meet or exceed key performance indicators including call handling time and customer satisfaction scores
- Maintain accurate call logs and documentation in CRM systems
- Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and improve service quality
- Adhere strictly to company protocols and data security guidelines
- Continuously update product knowledge to provide accurate information
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and suggest solutions
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance service skills and product expertise
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college education preferred
- Minimum 6 months of call center or customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino (both verbal and written)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and active listening skills
- Proficiency in using CRM software and multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to adapt to shifting schedules and flexible working hours
- Customer-focused attitude with patience and empathy
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills (minimum 25 WPM)
