Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls promptly and professionally, addressing customer inquiries and providing accurate information.
  • Effectively identify and resolve customer issues, complaints, and concerns with empathy and efficiency.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints using CRM software.
  • Provide customers with comprehensive information about products, services, and company policies.
  • Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets and quality metrics.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to continuously improve customer service processes and outcomes.
  • Educate customers on self-service options and additional resources available to them.

Kualifikasi

  • Previous experience in a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) environment or a similar customer service role is highly preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong active listening skills and the ability to empathize with customers.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems, including CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a calm demeanor under pressure.
  • Ability to work full-time, including rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college-level education is a plus.
