Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve customer issues with empathy, efficiency, and professionalism.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
  • Meet and exceed daily and monthly performance KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
  • Collaborate with team leads to improve service quality and process efficiency.
  • Participate in regular coaching sessions to enhance product knowledge and soft skills.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services where applicable.

Kualifikasi

  • At least a Senior High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous BPO experience is preferred but not required; fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure gracefully.
  • Strong computer literacy and typing speed.
  • Flexibility to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
  • Positive attitude and a strong desire to learn and grow within the company.
