Tanggung Jawab
- Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer issues with empathy, efficiency, and professionalism.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Meet and exceed daily and monthly performance KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
- Collaborate with team leads to improve service quality and process efficiency.
- Participate in regular coaching sessions to enhance product knowledge and soft skills.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services where applicable.
Kualifikasi
- At least a Senior High School diploma or equivalent.
- Previous BPO experience is preferred but not required; fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure gracefully.
- Strong computer literacy and typing speed.
- Flexibility to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Positive attitude and a strong desire to learn and grow within the company.
