Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy.
  • Resolve customer issues accurately and efficiently, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of customer interactions within our CRM system.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team KPIs, including average handling time (AHT) and first-call resolution (FCR) targets.
  • Adhere to company policies, data privacy standards, and quality assurance guidelines.
  • Collaborate with team leads and peers to identify process improvements and share best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and internal service protocols.

Kualifikasi

  • At least a High School diploma or equivalent; college level is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in a BPO or customer service environment is highly preferred and recognized in our salary offering.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Proficiency in navigating computer systems and basic software applications.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Willingness to work on flexible schedules, including shifting hours.
