Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide accurate information and solutions to customer inquiries and concerns
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Meet or exceed performance targets including call handling quality and efficiency metrics
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve overall service quality
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments while maintaining customer satisfaction
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college graduates are preferred
- Prior experience in BPO or call center environment is a plus
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-oriented mindset
- Ability to work in a rotating shift schedule
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
