ConstantiKnow Inc is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Call Center Agent to join our growing team in Quezon City. We offer a competitive salary range of ₱20,000 – ₱30,000 per month, with the added potential to earn even more through performance-based bonuses.
As a Call Center Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and courteous manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account details.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and issue resolution.
- Adhere to all company policies, scripts, and quality assurance standards.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Previous experience in a Call Center or BPO environment is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong typing skills and proficiency with computer applications.
- Ability to multitask and handle high call volumes effectively.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on problem-solving.
