Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve customer complaints and provide effective solutions to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and process transactions within our CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team-based KPIs, including Average Handling Time (AHT) and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores.
  • Collaborate with team leads and peers to identify process improvements and share best practices.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and company policy changes to provide accurate information to clients.
  • Maintain a professional and positive demeanor during high-pressure situations.

Kualifikasi

  • At least 6 months of BPO experience is highly preferred (highly competitive offers available for experienced candidates).
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
  • Proficiency in navigating computer systems and basic software applications (MS Office, CRM tools).
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for helping people.
  • High school graduate or college undergraduate/graduate.
