Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism.
- Identify customer needs, troubleshoot issues, and provide accurate, effective solutions.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing a personalized and positive support experience.
- Meet and exceed individual and team performance metrics, including average handle time and quality scores.
- Update and maintain accurate customer account information in our CRM system.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary to ensure prompt resolution.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and service standards.
Kualifikasi
- At least a High School diploma or equivalent; college level or degree holders are encouraged to apply.
- Previous BPO or customer service experience is highly preferred but not required (salary is commensurate with experience).
- Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Excellent active listening skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Proficiency in basic computer navigation and ability to multitask between different software tools.
- Proven ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle high-volume calls.
- Must be willing to work on flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
