- Handle incoming customer calls and inquiries professionally and efficiently
- Provide accurate information about products and services to customers
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns with patience and empathy
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve customer service processes
- Follow company policies and procedures consistently
- Contribute to a positive team atmosphere and support colleagues when needed
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Willingness to work rotating schedules including weekends and holidays
- Customer-focused mindset with a positive attitude
- Prior BPO or customer service experience is a plus but not required
