We offer a competitive base salary of ₱20,000 to ₱30,000 per month, depending on your BPO experience. But that’s just the start! Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle high-volume inbound/outbound calls with professionalism and empathy.
  • Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints efficiently to ensure high satisfaction scores (CSAT).
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to identify process improvements.
  • Meet or exceed daily and weekly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as Average Handling Time and Resolution Rate.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, policies, and service procedures to provide accurate information.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.

Kualifikasi

  • At least Senior High School graduate or completed at least 2 years in college.
  • Proven experience in a BPO or customer service environment is highly preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and typing speed of at least 30 WPM.
  • Ability to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays if required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a positive, 'can-do' attitude.
