Tanggung Jawab
- Handle incoming calls and emails from clients in a professional and courteous manner.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Provide accurate product and service information to callers.
- Document all customer interactions and update CRM systems accurately.
- Meet and exceed daily call volume and quality assurance targets.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate supervisor or department.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Previous experience in a Call Center or Customer Service role is highly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Willingness to work on shifting schedules, including nights and weekends.
