Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professional etiquette.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively by providing accurate information and solutions.
- Meet and exceed daily/weekly performance KPIs including CSAT, AHT, and Quality scores.
- Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team leads and peers to identify process improvements for better customer outcomes.
- Maintain deep product and service knowledge to provide precise assistance.
- Adhere to attendance policies and maintain schedule adherence to ensure service level targets are met.
Kualifikasi
- At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in a BPO or call center environment preferred.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in basic computer navigation and CRM software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- A proactive attitude with a desire to exceed performance-based incentives.
- Ability to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college level is an advantage.
