Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with a professional and courteous tone.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Process customer orders, returns, and account updates accurately using the CRM system.
- Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and transactions.
- Meet daily and monthly KPI targets regarding call volume and service quality.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate supervisor or department when necessary.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred but not required.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate CRM software.
- Willingness to work onsite at Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
