Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with a professional and friendly tone.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues efficiently and accurately.
- Provide accurate product and service information to clients to ensure satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team leads and supervisors to improve service quality and processes.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge through ongoing training.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products based on customer needs.
Kualifikasi
- Must be open to learning and willing to undergo comprehensive training.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email, and internet navigation).
- High school diploma or equivalent (College graduates are preferred).
