  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy
  • Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and issues efficiently
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics including call handling time and customer satisfaction scores
  • Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve service quality
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant products and services
  • Participate in regular training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge

Kualifikasi

  • High school diploma or equivalent (college education is a plus)
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service orientation
  • Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
