Tanggung Jawab
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels with accuracy and efficiency
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints through solution-oriented communication
- Handle escalations from customers with empathy and professionalism
- Document all interactions and maintain detailed records in CRM systems
- Meet performance metrics including call handling time and customer satisfaction scores
- Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and processes
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college graduates preferred
- At least 6 months of call center or customer service experience
- Excellent command of English and Tagalog languages
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficient in computer operations and CRM software
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Positive attitude with high stress tolerance and adaptability
