In this role, you will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide world-class service through chat, email, and ticketing systems. We believe in transparency and growth; your starting salary is determined by your previous BPO experience, but your total earning potential is significantly higher thanks to our competitive performance-based bonus structure. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and resolve customer queries accurately through email, chat, and other non-voice channels.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing professional and empathetic service.
  • Document all customer interactions clearly and concisely in the internal CRM database.
  • Meet or exceed daily productivity and quality performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with team leads and peers to share best practices and improve service delivery.
  • Adhere to company policies, data privacy standards, and workflow procedures.
  • Adapt to new tools and systems to streamline communication processes.

Kualifikasi

  • Excellent written English communication skills with strong grammar and spelling accuracy.
  • Minimum of 6 months experience in a BPO or customer service environment (preferred).
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and typing speed of at least 35 WPM.
  • Willingness to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude toward learning.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college level or degree holders are a plus.
