Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and resolve customer queries accurately through email, chat, and other non-voice channels.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing professional and empathetic service.
- Document all customer interactions clearly and concisely in the internal CRM database.
- Meet or exceed daily productivity and quality performance metrics.
- Collaborate with team leads and peers to share best practices and improve service delivery.
- Adhere to company policies, data privacy standards, and workflow procedures.
- Adapt to new tools and systems to streamline communication processes.
Kualifikasi
- Excellent written English communication skills with strong grammar and spelling accuracy.
- Minimum of 6 months experience in a BPO or customer service environment (preferred).
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and typing speed of at least 35 WPM.
- Willingness to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude toward learning.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college level or degree holders are a plus.
