Tanggung Jawab
- Handle incoming and outbound customer calls and emails professionally.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues efficiently and accurately.
- Provide accurate product and service information to clients.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate supervisors or departments.
- Meet daily and monthly performance targets, including call quality and average handling time.
- Assist in the onboarding and training of new team members when required.
Kualifikasi
- Open to High School graduates (Bachelor's degree holders are also welcome).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes.
- Good computer literacy and typing skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including night shifts, holidays, and weekends.
- Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and a team player mindset.
