Tanggung Jawab

  • Respond to customer inquiries and requests via email and chat channels in a timely and professional manner.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints or issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and information in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless service delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Meet daily and weekly performance targets regarding response time and quality assurance.
  • Identify opportunities to improve service processes and customer experience.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and communication skills.

Kualifikasi

  • Must be open to entry-level applicants (Newbies are welcome!);
