Tanggung Jawab
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls professionally to ensure client satisfaction.
- Execute lead generation, survey completion, and sales outreach campaigns with precision.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the company CRM system.
- Coordinate with clients via email to provide updates, resolve issues, and ensure clear communication.
- Prepare and submit timely performance reports to management.
- Consistently meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to maintain product and process knowledge.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in a Call Center or Customer Service role preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency in CRM software and Google Workspace.
- High-speed, reliable home internet connection and a noise-canceling headset.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a home office setup.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college level is a plus.
