- Manage high-volume inbound/outbound calls for surveys, lead generation, events, and sales campaigns
- Accurately update and maintain CRM records with customer interaction details

- Prepare and submit detailed daily/weekly performance and activity reports
- Consistently meet or exceed SLAs for call volume, quality, and resolution times

Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 6 months call center or customer service experience
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal/written communication skills
