Tanggung Jawab
- Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Identify customer needs, troubleshoot issues, and provide accurate, timely solutions.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing professional and empathetic support.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the company CRM system.
- Meet or exceed individual and team-based KPIs, including call handling time and resolution rates.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and service standards.
- Collaborate with team leads and peers to share best practices and contribute to continuous improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma or Senior High School graduate; college levels are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Demonstrated ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency in navigating multiple software applications.
- Flexibility to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Prior experience in customer service, BPO, or call center roles is an advantage but not required.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
