  • Adhere to all company policies, data privacy regulations, and quality standards.

Kualifikasi

  • High School Diploma or Senior High School graduate; college level or degree holders are a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Basic computer literacy and proficiency in navigating multiple browser tabs and applications.
  • Willingness to relocate to Cagayan de Oro (Relocation assistance provided).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
  • Must be flexible to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays if required.
