Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Accurately document customer interactions and update account information in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed daily and monthly performance metrics, including call handling time and quality scores.
- Collaborate with team leads and peers to identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Participate in regular coaching sessions and team meetings to enhance service delivery.
- Adhere to all company policies, data privacy regulations, and quality standards.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or Senior High School graduate; college level or degree holders are a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in navigating multiple browser tabs and applications.
- Willingness to relocate to Cagayan de Oro (Relocation assistance provided).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- Must be flexible to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays if required.
