Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and inquiries regarding our services.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
- Provide accurate information about products, billing, and account management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Document all customer interactions and feedback accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team leads and support staff to achieve daily and monthly performance targets.
- Adhere to company policies, scripts, and quality assurance standards at all times.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or Certificate (SHS Grads are highly encouraged to apply).
- No prior BPO or Call Center experience required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong typing skills and basic computer proficiency.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Willingness to work on shifting schedules, including night shifts.
- Professional attitude, positive demeanor, and eagerness to learn.
