Tanggung Jawab

  • Proactively contact clients via telephone to discuss outstanding loan repayments and resolve account delinquencies.
  • Utilize effective negotiation techniques to secure payment arrangements while maintaining a positive customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and payment promises in the internal database.
  • Address customer inquiries regarding their accounts with clarity, professionalism, and strict adherence to privacy policies.
  • Collaborate with the finance and operations departments to identify trends and improve recovery processes.
  • Adhere to all local regulations and company compliance standards regarding debt collection practices.
  • Meet or exceed daily and monthly key performance indicators (KPIs) related to recovery targets and call quality.

Kualifikasi

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service, BPO, or collections (soft collections experience is a strong advantage).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and database management systems.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively during a day shift schedule.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and a strong sense of professional ethics.
