Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively contact clients via telephone to discuss outstanding loan repayments and resolve account delinquencies.
- Utilize effective negotiation techniques to secure payment arrangements while maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and payment promises in the internal database.
- Address customer inquiries regarding their accounts with clarity, professionalism, and strict adherence to privacy policies.
- Collaborate with the finance and operations departments to identify trends and improve recovery processes.
- Adhere to all local regulations and company compliance standards regarding debt collection practices.
- Meet or exceed daily and monthly key performance indicators (KPIs) related to recovery targets and call quality.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service, BPO, or collections (soft collections experience is a strong advantage).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and database management systems.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively during a day shift schedule.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and a strong sense of professional ethics.
