Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily front-desk operations and visitor registration with accuracy.
- Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, shoppers, and guests.
- Handle incoming calls and direct inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Assist with security checks and access control procedures for the building.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby environment at all times.
- Coordinate with building management and security teams on daily activities.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues to supervisors when necessary.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a concierge or customer service role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Presentable grooming standards and professional demeanor.
- Knowledge of property management or retail operations is an advantage.
- Local candidates (Singaporean/PR) are preferred.
