Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage daily front-desk operations and visitor registration with accuracy.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, shoppers, and guests.
  • Handle incoming calls and direct inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Assist with security checks and access control procedures for the building.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby environment at all times.
  • Coordinate with building management and security teams on daily activities.
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues to supervisors when necessary.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a concierge or customer service role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Presentable grooming standards and professional demeanor.
  • Knowledge of property management or retail operations is an advantage.
  • Local candidates (Singaporean/PR) are preferred.
