You will be responsible for managing complex data sets, verifying contractual agreements, and resolving partner-related inquiries with precision. Tanggung Jawab

  • Accurately load and maintain hotel content, rates, and inventory within our global systems.
  • Verify travel contracts against operational data to ensure financial and service alignment.
  • Resolve partner inquiries and operational issues promptly, maintaining professional communication standards.
  • Conduct regular audits of system content to ensure data integrity and real-time accuracy.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to troubleshoot technical issues related to booking and rate loading.
  • Prepare detailed reports on partner performance and content updates as requested by management.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide expert support to internal and external stakeholders.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a call center, travel agency, or back-office operations role.
  • Proficiency in data entry, content management systems, or booking platforms is highly preferred.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with high accuracy.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a logical approach to resolving partner disputes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet strict deadlines, and adapt to changing operational requirements.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data handling and reporting.
