Tanggung Jawab
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Identify customer needs and provide accurate, valid, and complete information
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile
- Follow communication scripts and handle different topics with professionalism
- Meet personal and team qualitative and quantitative targets
- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate support teams
Kualifikasi
- At least a high school diploma or senior high school graduate (College level is an advantage)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino
- Strong active listening and decision-making skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, CRM systems)
- Previous call center or customer service experience is a plus, but fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply
- Willing to work onsite in Vigan City, Ilocos Sur, and amenable to shifting schedules (including weekends and holidays)
