Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via voice, email, and chat.
  • Provide accurate and efficient information to resolve customer issues.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through professional and empathetic communication.
  • Document customer interactions and update account information in the CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed daily and weekly performance metrics (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with team members and leads to improve service delivery processes.
  • Adapt quickly to changing campaign requirements and service standards.

Kualifikasi

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Customer service experience preferred but not required (freshers are welcome).
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer literacy and proficiency in navigating multiple software applications.
  • Flexibility to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
  • Must be able to work on-site in Manila City.
