Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via voice, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate and efficient information to resolve customer issues.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through professional and empathetic communication.
- Document customer interactions and update account information in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly performance metrics (KPIs).
- Collaborate with team members and leads to improve service delivery processes.
- Adapt quickly to changing campaign requirements and service standards.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Customer service experience preferred but not required (freshers are welcome).
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in navigating multiple software applications.
- Flexibility to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be able to work on-site in Manila City.
