Tanggung Jawab
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to present products/services and generate sales leads
- Build rapport with customers and understand their needs to recommend appropriate solutions
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly sales targets and performance metrics
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve sales techniques
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively address customer inquiries
- Handle customer objections professionally and convert them into sales opportunities
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college education is a plus
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or call center environment preferred
- Excellent verbal communication skills with clear and persuasive speaking ability
- Strong listening skills and ability to understand customer needs
- Proficient in using computers and basic software applications
