Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls with professionalism and efficiency
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and technical support issues
- Document interactions and update customer information in CRM systems
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service delivery
- Meet performance metrics including call handling time and CSAT scores
- Adhere to company policies and maintain confidentiality standards
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college education preferred
- Minimum 6 months call center or customer service experience
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and emotional intelligence
