Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies to customers.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues by identifying root causes and offering effective solutions.
  • Document all interactions in the CRM system with attention to detail.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics including call quality, average handle time, and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve processes and share best practices.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and new service offerings through continuous training.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

Kualifikasi

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree is an advantage.
  • At least 6 months to 1 year of BPO or call center experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems while on a call.
  • Willingness to work in a shifting schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Positive attitude, resilience, and a customer-first mindset.
  • Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
