Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on first-call resolution.
  • Provide accurate information regarding company products, services, and account policies.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering professional and empathetic service.
  • Document customer interactions and account updates accurately in our internal CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with team leads and supervisors to stay updated on product changes and process improvements.
  • Meet or exceed daily Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) regarding call handling time, quality, and resolution rates.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance communication skills and technical knowledge.

Kualifikasi

  • At least a High School diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
  • Prior BPO or customer service experience is preferred (higher starting salary for experienced candidates).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and typing speed of at least 35 WPM.
  • Ability to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
  • Positive attitude, reliability, and a strong desire to grow professionally.
