Tanggung Jawab
- Manage inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction and reach first-call resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and process documentation in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly KPIs, including Average Handle Time (AHT) and Quality Assurance scores.
- Handle customer complaints proactively, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and service best practices.
- Collaborate with team leads and peers to share insights and improve overall team performance.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 6 months experience in a BPO or customer service environment preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- A positive, solution-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus but not required.
- Residency in or willingness to commute to Alabang, Metro Manila.
