Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism.
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction and reach first-call resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and process documentation in the CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed daily and weekly KPIs, including Average Handle Time (AHT) and Quality Assurance scores.
  • Handle customer complaints proactively, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and service best practices.
  • Collaborate with team leads and peers to share insights and improve overall team performance.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 6 months experience in a BPO or customer service environment preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • A positive, solution-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus but not required.
  • Residency in or willingness to commute to Alabang, Metro Manila.
