Tanggung Jawab
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and prospective clients through regular follow-ups and personalized communication.
- Sales Generation: Achieve and exceed sales targets by promoting and cross-selling banking products, such as loans, insurance, and investment solutions.
- Customer Service Excellence: Provide exceptional service by resolving inquiries, handling complaints efficiently, and ensuring a seamless banking experience for all clients.
- Portfolio Management: Monitor client accounts to identify opportunities for financial advice and portfolio restructuring.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to provide relevant financial insights to clients.
- Documentation: Ensure accurate and timely completion of all necessary paperwork and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and support teams to align on strategies and achieve departmental goals.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of experience in customer service, sales, or wealth management within the banking or financial services industry.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients quickly.
- Language: Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is essential; proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Attributes: Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical: Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM software.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Basic understanding of banking products and regulatory compliance standards.
