Kualifikasi

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of experience in customer service, sales, or wealth management within the banking or financial services industry.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients quickly.
  • Language: Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is essential; proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • Attributes: Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical: Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM software.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Basic understanding of banking products and regulatory compliance standards.
