Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently by identifying problems and providing accurate, timely solutions.
  • Meet and exceed daily and monthly performance metrics, including Average Handle Time (AHT) and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system to ensure proper tracking and follow-up.
  • Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to provide precise information to clients.
  • Collaborate with team leads and peers to share best practices and improve overall service quality.
  • Maintain a positive, solution-oriented attitude in high-pressure situations.

Kualifikasi

  • At least 6 months of experience in a BPO or customer service role is preferred, though entry-level candidates with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
  • Strong command of the English language, both verbal and written.
  • Exceptional active listening skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
  • Proven ability to navigate multiple computer applications and CRM tools simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Must be willing to work on flexible schedules, including holidays and weekends if necessary.
