Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
  • Resolve customer issues, complaints, or technical concerns efficiently to ensure high satisfaction scores (CSAT).
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM database.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team KPIs, including Average Handling Time (AHT) and Quality Assurance (QA) scores.
  • Educate customers on products and services to drive retention and upselling opportunities.
  • Collaborate with team leads to identify process improvements and enhance service delivery.
  • Adhere to company policies and data privacy regulations during all communications.

Kualifikasi

  • At least 6 months to 1 year of BPO or call center experience is highly preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong computer literacy and proficiency in navigating multiple software platforms simultaneously.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Flexible to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
  • Completion of at least 2 years in college or equivalent vocational training.
