Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve customer issues, complaints, or technical concerns efficiently to ensure high satisfaction scores (CSAT).
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM database.
- Meet and exceed individual and team KPIs, including Average Handling Time (AHT) and Quality Assurance (QA) scores.
- Educate customers on products and services to drive retention and upselling opportunities.
- Collaborate with team leads to identify process improvements and enhance service delivery.
- Adhere to company policies and data privacy regulations during all communications.
Kualifikasi
- At least 6 months to 1 year of BPO or call center experience is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency in navigating multiple software platforms simultaneously.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- Flexible to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Completion of at least 2 years in college or equivalent vocational training.
