Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently, adhering to established call scripts and quality standards.
  • Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer inquiries and concerns regarding products or services.
  • Document all customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through active listening, empathy, and excellent service delivery.
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments or supervisors for timely resolution.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding customer data privacy and service protocols.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to achieve individual and team performance targets.

Kualifikasi

  • At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in a BPO or call center environment is highly preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with a neutral accent.
  • Strong active listening, comprehension, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in using computers and navigating various software applications simultaneously.
  • Ability to work effectively and remain calm in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college level or graduate is a definite advantage.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as business needs require.
  • A positive, resilient attitude and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence.
