Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism.
- Provide accurate product information and troubleshooting assistance to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions clearly and concisely in our CRM system.
- Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) including Average Handle Time (AHT) and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores.
- Collaborate with team leads to identify process improvements and enhance service delivery.
- De-escalate challenging customer situations with empathy and effective conflict resolution skills.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policy changes to provide consistent service.
Kualifikasi
- At least Senior High School graduate or completed 2 years in College.
- Previous BPO or Call Center experience is highly preferred (Salary offer commensurate with experience).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a patient and friendly disposition.
- Proficient in basic computer navigation and web-based applications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining accuracy.
- Flexible to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays if required.
