Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism.
  • Provide accurate product information and troubleshooting assistance to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Document all customer interactions clearly and concisely in our CRM system.
  • Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) including Average Handle Time (AHT) and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores.
  • Collaborate with team leads to identify process improvements and enhance service delivery.
  • De-escalate challenging customer situations with empathy and effective conflict resolution skills.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and company policy changes to provide consistent service.

Kualifikasi

  • At least Senior High School graduate or completed 2 years in College.
  • Previous BPO or Call Center experience is highly preferred (Salary offer commensurate with experience).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a patient and friendly disposition.
  • Proficient in basic computer navigation and web-based applications.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining accuracy.
  • Flexible to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays if required.
