Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide accurate and professional information to resolve customer issues effectively.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering personalized, solution-oriented service.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately within our CRM system.
  • Meet and exceed daily and monthly performance metrics, including AHT and CSAT scores.
  • Collaborate with team leads to identify process improvements and enhance service delivery.
  • Adhere to company policies, data privacy standards, and quality assurance guidelines.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 6 months experience in a BPO/Call Center environment preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Proficiency in computer navigation and basic software applications.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends or holidays as required.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
