Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints efficiently
- Document all interactions accurately in our customer relationship management system
- Meet or exceed performance metrics including call handling time and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve service quality
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide feedback to management
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino
- Previous BPO or customer service experience is a plus
- Strong problem-solving abilities and active listening skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn new systems
- Positive attitude and commitment to providing exceptional customer service
